1. The oil in the steering can is insufficient, and the oil needs to be added to the specified oil level. At the same time, check the leakage phenomenon of the hydraulic steering devices, pipelines, and joints. If there is leakage oil, it should be treated in time.
2. The constant flow relief valve on the constant flow relief pump internal leakage is serious, the constant flow relief valve leakage is caused by the constant flow valve core wear seal is not strict, and needs more constant flow valve core; Constant flow relief valve spool is covered by dirt in the oil, resulting in the poor seal, need to clean constant flow valve spool; The setting pressure of constant flow valve core is too low, it is necessary to re-adjust the constant flow valve core pressure, the size of the constant flow valve core pressure is adjusted by the fastening screw or the adjusting gasket when the fastening screw is screwed in or the thickness of the gasket is reduced, the pre-pressure of the spring will increase, and the setting pressure of the constant flow pump will become higher, and vice versa. In the actual maintenance, the constant flow relief valve core is cushioned by dirt in the oil and the setting pressure of the constant flow valve core is too low.
3. Gear pump wear on the constant flow overflow pump, gear pump wear is mainly manifested as the wear between the tooth tip and the pump shell and the wear between the gear end face and the floating sleeve, after wear, there will be serious internal leakage, resulting in the constant flow pump pressure and flow reduction, resulting in heavy steering, at this time generally need to replace the constant flow overflow pump.
4. The steering oil does not meet the requirements of the manual, such as the viscosity of the oil is too large, at this time, it needs to be replaced with the steering oil that meets the requirements of the manual.
5. The safety valve pressure of the full hydraulic steering gear is low, and the safety valve is opened prematurely, resulting in low pressure of the steering system and heavy steering. At this time check whether the steering valve spring is deformation or failed, if the spring fails replace the spring, if the spring is insufficient, you can increase the gasket between the spring and the seat to improve the pre-pressure.
6. Full hydraulic steering force steering check valve steel ball leakage, check valve steel ball is covered by dirt so that it is not tightly sealed with the valve seat, check valve steel ball falls into the valve sleeve and the valve body ring groove, resulting in power steering check valve closed loosely, the oil inlet and outlet are connected, resulting in heavy steering. At this time, it is necessary to confirm the installation of the check valve, the sealing of the check valve ball and the seat, the cleanliness of the oil, and the cleaning of the steering gear.
7. Full hydraulic steering spool and valve sleeve deformation stuck, requiring that a small amount of hydraulic oil should be added in the oil inlet before installation, rotation of the spool should be flexible, and if there is a stuck should be ground or replaced.
8. The filter element is blocked, and there is air in the oil circuit. If there is an oil filter in the hydraulic steering system, check whether the filter element is blocked, if the filter element is blocked, clean and change the oil, if there is no filter element, check whether the oil inlet of the steering oil pot is blocked, if there is, remove the blockage and clean the oil pot, replace the steering oil; If the oil in the oil pot is foamlike, it indicates that the air in the oil path should be carefully checked and the air intake point should be eliminated, and the front axle should be set up or the steering rod should be removed when exhaust, the engine should be idled, and the steering wheel should be repeatedly turned from one end to the other end, so that the steering cylinder can discharge air in the full stroke reciprocating motion.
9. The steering weight caused by mechanical failures such as the steering knuckle stuck and poor lubrication of the tractor should be lubricated or replaced in time.
Light when slow steering, heavy when fast steering
The common causes of this failure are:
1. Constant flow overflow pump oil supply is insufficient, constant flow overflow pump oil supply is insufficient, one is the constant flow overflow valve on the pump seal poor pressure relief or low set pressure, the second is the constant flow overflow pump gear pump wear, need to repair or replace the constant flow overflow pump.
2. The opening pressure of the steering valve is low. Adjust the pressure again.
3. To enter air into the steering oil, carefully check the part of the air into the air eliminate the air fault, and perform air exhaust operation on the steering oil circuit.
Light load when turning light, heavy load when turning heavy.
The common causes of this failure are as follows: 1 The opening pressure of the relief valve of the steering gear is lower than the working pressure of the steering system, and the opening pressure of the relief valve needs to be adjusted again; 2 The relief valve is covered by dirt, and the relief valve needs to be cleaned.
Turn to one side heavy side light
The common causes of this kind of failure are: first, the steering resistance on both sides is inconsistent, such as one side of the tire is flat, etc., to carefully check the reasons for the inconsistent steering resistance on both sides and eliminate; The second is the steering valve core, valve sleeve stuck, wear caused.
