Here we mainly use the inner diameter and use pressure of the hydraulic cylinder as a reference basis.
The selection of the inner diameter of the general cylinder is calculated according to the requirements of the load, and then the standard size of the closest cylinder diameter is taken.
The inner diameter of these cylinders is the standard inner diameter size, and the load is related to the wall thickness of the cylinder block and the pressure of the system. Usually, a reasonable safety factor is selected when calculating the maximum allowable value of yield and tensile strength. If it is satisfied, then it is OK to accept the cylinder value.
Combined with the system pressure of the mechanical equipment, the use pressure of the cylinder is determined first. For mechanical equipment for finishing, the system pressure selection is lower, usually below 5MPA, if roughing, the system pressure selection is larger.
