Matters needing attention after the installation of a new hydraulic pump

(1) Pay attention to the operation status of the new machine within three months of operation
During the operation period of the new machine, you should check the operation status, such as the maintenance of the machine parts, whether the screws are loose, whether the oil temperature rises abnormally, whether the hydraulic oil deteriorates quickly, and check whether the use conditions meet the regulations, etc.


(2) Do not add load immediately after the hydraulic pump starts
After the hydraulic pump is started, it must be idling without load for a period of time (about 10 minutes to 30 minutes), especially when the temperature is very low, it must go through the warm-up process to make the hydraulic circuit circulate normally before applying load and confirm the operating status.


(3) Observe oil temperature change hydraulic pump
Pay attention to check the change of the highest and lowest oil temperature, and find out the relationship between the oil temperature and the external environment temperature, so as to know whether the capacity of the cooler and the capacity of the oil storage tank are compatible with the surrounding conditions and operating conditions, and it is also helpful for troubleshooting the cooling system. There are traces to follow.


(4) Pay attention to the noise of the hydraulic pump
New hydraulic pumps have less initial wear and are easily affected by air bubbles and dust. Poor lubrication at high temperatures or overloaded conditions of use will cause adverse consequences and cause abnormal effects on the hydraulic pump.


(5) Pay attention to check the display value of the counter class
Observe the pressure gauge display value of the hydraulic circuit, the pressure switch light and other vibration conditions and stability at any time, so as to find out whether the hydraulic circuit is functioning normally as soon as possible.


(6) Pay attention to observe the movement of the machine (for refitted pumps)
Improper hydraulic circuit design or poorly manufactured components are not easy to find at the initial stage of use, so special attention should be paid to the action states that appear under various operating conditions.


(7) Pay attention to the adjustment in each valve
Fully understand the use of pressure control valves, flow control valves and directional control valves, and pay special attention to the adjustment ranges and limits, otherwise adjustment errors will not only damage the machinery, but also pose a threat to safety.


(8) Check the status of the filter
The filter in the circuit should be taken out and cleaned regularly, and the state of the filter screen and the dirt adsorbed on the network should be checked, and the quality, quantity and size should be analyzed, so that the degree of pollution in the circuit can be observed, and the source of the pollution can be deduced accordingly.


(9) Regularly check the change of hydraulic oil
Check and analyze the deterioration, discoloration and pollution of the hydraulic oil every one or two months to ensure the normality of the hydraulic transmission medium.


(10) Pay attention to the leakage of the piping part
Whether the piping of the hydraulic device is good or not can be seen after a period of operation. Check whether there is oil leakage and whether the piping is loose.


(11) Pay attention to the discovery of abnormal phenomena at any time
There must be a reason for abnormal sound, vibration, or abnormal signal of the monitoring system. When an abnormal phenomenon is found, immediately find the circuit diagram, follow the diagram, and carefully observe whether the abnormal phenomenon is caused by a temporary error. Assess the need for parking. For example, pressure, load, temperature, time, start-up, and stop all include possible reasons for abnormal phenomena. Usually, it should be analyzed and discussed one by one.
