6P80 Monoblock Directional Control Spool Valves is mainly used to control the clockwise rotation of the hydraulic motor and counterclockwise rotation, control the rise and fall of the hydraulic cylinder, mostly used for refitting equipment and hydraulic system.
Product Deatails
The hydraulic distributor 80 is used to turn on/off and direct working fluid between the head flow generator (hydraulic pump), the head flow consumer (hydraulic cylinder, motor, etc.) and the oil tank. It is made of up to 6 plungers.
- The spool valve has a compact design and can be installed in narrow areas.
- All spools are standard double-acting, the spring returns to the neutral position, which is ideal for double-acting cylinders.
- For open center system (pump to tank flow).
- Anti-drop load check on each spool.
- Precision ground and hard chrome-plated spools ensure long service life.
- High-strength cast iron overall structure.
- SAE O-ring ports ensure a secure seal and prevent clogging.
- Able to close the center or exceed the power (requires conversion plug).
- Vertical or horizontal handle installation.
- Adjustable relief valve range: 1500 to 3625 PSI.
- Can also be used as a motor or single-acting spool (requires #10 SAE port plug).
