There are two main manifestations of insufficient pressure in the hydraulic system, namely, insufficient output force and insufficient torque. What are the reasons for the lack of pressure in the hydraulic system? In fact, the failure of insufficient pressure in the hydraulic system is often due to mechanical components, oil suction return pipelines, control valves, hydraulic oil and other parts.
Hydraulic system pressure insufficient reason analysis:
1. Due to the frequent use of a certain section of the working stroke, the direct linearity of the hydraulic cylinder is poor (local waist drum shape), resulting in the high and low pressure oil interworking of the hydraulic cylinder. The bore diameter of the hydraulic cylinder should be boring and repaired with a single piston.
2. There is air intrusion in the cylinder, the exhaust device should be added or the hydraulic cylinder should move quickly with the maximum stroke to force out the air.
3. The oil temperature in the hydraulic cylinder is too high, the viscosity is reduced, and the leakage is increased; Or due to excessive impurities, stuck piston and piston rod. Measures such as heat dissipation and cooling should be taken to replace the oil.
4. The sealing ring at the end cap of the hydraulic cylinder is too tight or too loose, and the sealing ring should be adjusted to have appropriate tightness to ensure that the piston rod can be pulled smoothly by hand without leakage.
5. The piston and piston rod coaxiality is not good, should be corrected, adjusted.
6. The piston clearance is too large or the sealing device is damaged, resulting in internal leakage. The fit gap should be reduced and the seal should be replaced.
7. The piston clearance is too small, the seal is too tight, and the movement resistance is increased. The fit gap should be increased to adjust the tightness of the seal.
8. The piston rod is bent, causing severe friction. The piston rod should be straightened.
