(2) The top thread of the piston rod, the thread of the oil port, the surface of the piston rod and the inner wall of the cylinder liner should be prevented from being damaged during disassembly. In order to prevent the piston rod and other slender parts from bending or deformation, the wood support should be balanced when placed.
(3) Disassembly should be carried out in order. Because the structure and size of various hydraulic cylinders are not the same, the disassembly sequence is also slightly different. Generally, the oil in the two cavities of the cylinder should be discharged, and then the cylinder head should be removed, and finally the piston and piston rod should be removed. When removing the cylinder head of the hydraulic cylinder, special tools should be used for the card key or the ring connected by the internal card key, and flat shovel is prohibited; For flanged end caps, they must be pushed out with screws. Hammering or hard prying is not allowed. When the piston and piston rod are difficult to pull out, they can not be forced out, and the cause should be found out before disassembly.
(4) Before and after unloading, try to create conditions to prevent the parts of the hydraulic cylinder from being contaminated by dust and impurities around. For example, disassembly should be carried out in a clean environment as far as possible; After disassembly, all parts should be covered with plastic sheets, and do not cover with cotton or other working fabrics.
(5) The cylinder should be carefully checked after removal to determine which parts can continue to be used, which parts can be repaired and reused, and which parts must be replaced.
(6) All parts must be carefully cleaned before assembly.
(7) To correctly install the sealing device everywhere. When installing the O-ring, do not pull it to the degree of permanent deformation, and do not roll while setting, otherwise it may cause oil leakage due to distortion. ② When installing y and v sealing rings, pay attention to the installation direction to avoid oil leakage due to installation. For the Y-shaped sealing ring, the lip side should be subjected to a pressure oil chamber; In addition, the YX-shaped sealing ring should also pay attention to distinguish between the shaft and the hole, and do not install the wrong. The V-shaped sealing ring is composed of a bearing ring, a sealing ring and a pressure ring with different shapes. When the pressure ring compacts the sealing ring, the supporting ring can make the sealing ring produce a shape and play a sealing role. The opening of the sealing ring should be oriented towards the pressure oil chamber during installation. When adjusting the pressure ring, it should be limited to no oil leakage, and it should not be pressed too tightly to prevent excessive sealing resistance. ③ If the sealing device is matched with the sliding surface, the appropriate amount of hydraulic oil should be applied when assembling. ④ The O-shaped sealing ring and dust ring should be replaced after removal.
(8) The special wrench should be used when the screw connection is tightened, and the torque should meet the standard requirements.
(9) After the piston and piston rod are assembled, it is necessary to try to measure whether the coaxiality and straightness on the full length are out of whack.
(10) After assembly, there should be no blocking sensation and uneven resistance when the piston assembly moves.
(11) When the hydraulic cylinder is installed on the main machine, the sealing ring must be added between the inlet and outlet joints and fastened to prevent oil leakage.
(12) After assembly as required, several reciprocating movements should be carried out under low pressure to remove the gas in the cylinder.
