These product families include a new family of pumps called GHP, where groups named GHP1, GHP2 and GHP3 are suitable for the most diverse applications in the industrial and mobile sectors. Different configurations (European, SAE, German standard) are available for single rotation or reversible versions. Suitable for heavy load conditions.
Typically, these gear pumps usually consist of a gear pair supported by two aluminum bushings, a body, a fixed flange, and a cover. The driving gear shaft with an extended flange is provided with a double lip seal ring (inner lip is a seal and outer lip is a dustproof seal). The elastic retainer holds the ring in place. Pump body adopts special high strength aluminum alloy extrusion molding, flange, cover plate adopts ductile iron; This is to ensure that deformation is minimised even when subjected to high pressures (whether continuous or intermittent or peak).
Special compensation areas on the bushing, insulated by special prefabricated seals with anti-squeeze rings, allow complete free axial and radial motion of the bushing, which is proportional to the pump's operating pressure. In this way, the internal drip is significantly reduced, thus ensuring very good pump performance (both in terms of volume and in general) and proper lubrication of the pump moving parts.
