A complete hydraulic system consists of five parts, namely, power components, executive components, control components, auxiliary components (accessories) and hydraulic oil.
1. Power component: the role of the power component is to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy of the liquid, refers to the oil pump in the hydraulic system, which provides power to the whole hydraulic system. Hydraulic pump structure generally has gear pump, vane pump, piston pump and screw pump.
2. Executive components: executive components (such as hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor) is the role of the liquid pressure energy into mechanical energy, driving load for linear reciprocating motion or rotary motion.
3. Control components: control components (all kinds of hydraulic valves) in the hydraulic system to control and adjust the pressure, flow and direction of the liquid. According to the different control function, hydraulic valve can be divided into pressure control valve, flow control valve and direction control valve. Pressure control valve includes relief valve (safety valve), pressure reducing valve, sequence valve, pressure relay, etc. Flow control valve includes throttle valve, adjusting valve, shunt collecting valve, etc.; Direction control valve includes check valve, liquid control check valve, shuttle valve, reversing valve and so on. According to different control modes, hydraulic valves can be divided into switching control valves, constant control valves and proportional control valves.
4. Auxiliary components: auxiliary components include oil tank, filter, cooler, heater, accumulator, tubing and pipe joint, sealing ring, quick change joint, high-pressure ball valve, hose assembly, pressure joint, pressure gauge, oil level meter, oil temperature meter, etc.
5. Hydraulic oil: hydraulic oil is the transmission of energy in the hydraulic system of the working medium, there are a variety of mineral oil, emulsion and forming hydraulic oil and other categories.
The function of hydraulic system is to increase force by changing pressure. A complete hydraulic system consists of five parts, namely, power components, executive components, control components, auxiliary components (accessories) and hydraulic oil. Hydraulic system can be divided into two types: hydraulic transmission system and hydraulic control system. Hydraulic transmission system to transfer power and motion as the main function. Hydraulic control system to make the output of the hydraulic system to meet specific performance requirements (especially dynamic performance), usually referred to the hydraulic system mainly refers to the hydraulic transmission system.
