2. The sound card frame of the excavator hydraulic walking motor should have sufficient bending stiffness
① The support frame and motor shaft of the hydraulic motor hoist must have sufficient bending stiffness to shoulder the load given to it by the effect of the small and medium-sized walking hydraulic motor when the torque is applied.
② The bending stiffness of the sound card frame of the hydraulic motor is not enough, which is likely to cause vibration or deformation, and even lead to major safety accidents, and it is impossible to ensure that the flatness of the connection between the driving machine and the motor shaft is controlled within 0.1mm.
3. Hydraulic motor chain drive
① The hydraulic motor leakage tubing of the excavator should be smooth, generally not connected to the back pressure type. When the leakage tubing is too long or due to a certain type of back pressure, as far as possible, its specifications and models can not exceed the allowable standard value of low voltage sealing.
