What is the relationship between pressure switches, pressure transmitters and pressure gauges?

Pressure switch, pressure transmitter, and pressure gauge can be independent, or can also be combined as one.
A pressure transmitter with a contact output and a digital dial head comprises a pressure switch, a pressure transmitter, and a pressure gauge.
The pressure switch is to control the pressure in a certain range. When the pressure reaches the set point, the pressure switch will act, which is a single-point measurement. Output contact signal.
The pressure transmitter converts the pressure signal into an electrical signal, which is a continuous measurement, and can be transmitted far for a display table.
The pressure gauge is a continuous measurement, only for on-site instructions, and can not be transmitted far.

 

Peculiarity

Refers to the elastic element as a sensitive element, measuring and indicating higher than the environmental pressure of the instrument, the application is very common, as it is almost all industrial processes and scientific research fields. It can be seen everywhere in the fields of heat pipe networks, oil and gas transmission, water supply and gas supply systems, vehicle maintenance, factories, and so on. Especially in the process of industrial process control and technical measurement, mechanical pressure gauges are more and more widely used because of the high mechanical strength and convenient production of the elastic sensitive elements of mechanical pressure gauges.

 

Working principle

Pressure gauge through the elastic deformation of the sensitive element (bourdon tube, diaphragm, bellows), and then by the conversion mechanism of the movement in the table to conduct the pressure deformation to the pointer, causing the pointer to rotate to display the pressure.

 

Major structure

Overflow hole: In case of emergency, Bourdon tube burst, the internal pressure will be released to the outside world through the overflow hole to prevent the glass panel from bursting.

Note: To maintain the normal performance of the overflow hole, it is necessary to leave at least 10mm space behind the table, and the overflow hole cannot be modified or blocked.
Pointers: In addition to standard Pointers, other Pointers are optional.
Glass panel: In addition to standard glass, other special materials, such as reinforced glass, non-reflective glass, are also optional.
Performance classification: ordinary type (standard), steam ordinary type (M), heat resistant type (H), vibration resistant type (V), steam vibration resistant type (MV), Heat resistant vibration resistant type (HV).
Treatment method: No oil/no water treatment removes the water or oil remaining in the liquid junction during manufacturing.
Specification: Shell color in Shell to the standard color needs to be specified.
Throttle valve (optional): To reduce the pulsating pressure, the throttle valve is installed at the pressure inlet.
