The operation of hydraulic lift
1. Semi-separated hydraulic hoist control form
The semi-split hydraulic hoist can realize position control, force position integrated control and floating control. When the hydraulic hoist is working, the control handle is used to lift the farm tools and control the tillage depth.
(1) position control: when the tractor is equipped with farm tools for rotary tillage, mowing, harvesting and other operations, the upper pull rod is pulled, the force control spring does not work, then the position control should be used. Within the control range, the lifting and moving amount of farm tools is proportional to the moving amount of the control handle. The more the handle moves forward (down direction), the more the tools fall. Conversely, the more the handle moves backward (lifting direction), the more the tools are lifted.
(2) Comprehensive control of force position: the comprehensive control of force position is to control the tillage depth of farm tools at the same time as force control and position control, which is more suitable for tractor to cultivate on the soil where the soil specific resistance changes greatly. Prevent a sudden decrease in soil resistance during tillage, when farm tools fall too sharply and turn over deep soil to the surface. The depth of ploughing is controlled by the control handle. In the comprehensive control range, the more the control handle moves forward (down direction), the deeper the ploughing depth is; otherwise, the shallower the ploughing depth is. When the tillage is adjusted to the required depth, loosen the butterfly nut on the control plate, move the limit block to the control handle position, and tighten the butterfly nut. In this way, the control handle and the limit block will touch each time after landing the farm tools, so that the ploughing depth will basically remain unchanged.
(3) Floating control: when using farm tools with limited depth wheels for operation, floating control should be adopted. Put the control handle in the floating position, then the hydraulic system is floating and the lifting arm can swing freely. The depth of farming tools is controlled by the depth limiting wheel, and the unit copies the cultivation along the ground.
The use of separated hydraulic lift
(1) When the control handle is pulled back from the "neutral" position to the last position (obviously feel the control handle is positioned), the suspension mechanism begins to lift, when lifting to the final position, the control handle automatically reset (that is, back to the neutral position).
(2) when the control handle is pulled forward from the "neutral" position (at this time the control handle is not in the front position), the suspension mechanism begins to fall, once the control handle is released, the control handle immediately springs back to the "neutral" position, and the fall stops.
(3) the control handle is pulled from the "neutral" position to the front position (obviously feel the control handle is positioned), the suspension mechanism is in a "floating" state after dropping to the final position.
3. Control of falling speed of farm tools (semi-separated hydraulic hoist)
In order to adjust the falling speed of farm tools and lock them in the desired position, a hand wheel is set to control the falling speed. When the hand wheel is turned counterclockwise, the falling speed of farm tools becomes slower. Turning the hand wheel clockwise, the falling speed of farm tools increases. In use, it is necessary to choose proper falling speed of farm tools according to the quality of farm tools and the hardness of the ground, so as not to damage the farm tools by falling too fast.
When the tractor with farm tools long-distance transfer, the farm tools should be lifted to the highest position, and then the decline speed control hand wheel counterclockwise rotation, so that the farm tools can not drop, then the farm tools are locked in the highest position, play the role of hydraulic lock, in order to achieve the purpose of safe transfer of tractor units.
Two, the operation and use of hydraulic output device
Tractor can be optional according to the needs of 1 or 2 pieces of slide valve type hydraulic output multi-way valve, two valve pieces are respectively operated by two control handles, to control the two double acting cylinder on the machine. The multi-way valve assembly is fixed on the multi-way valve fixing plate with 4 M10 bolts. The fixing plate is connected with the rear axle axle housing. The multi-way valve oil inlet and oil return are connected with the gear pump and elevator respectively, and the oil outlet is connected with the oil inlet of the distributor. When not in use, seal well with a seal lid. When in use, connect the spare male joint (placed in the spare parts box) with the inlet and outlet of the oil cylinder of the hydraulic agricultural machinery and tools, and then connect it with the female joint of the quick change joint. When using hydraulic quick change joint for connection, the following work should be completed first, and then the male joint on the farm tool can be inserted into the female joint:
(1) Turn off the engine.
(2) Drop and hang farm tools.
(3) Move the hydraulic output valve control handle back and forth to eliminate the pressure in the hydraulic quick negative joint.
(4) Remove the seal cover of quick change female joint and clean the quick change joint.
Control of power output device
Take levo TD series tractor as an example, its power output shaft is independent. It can carry on the mobile operation, also can carry on the fixed operation, the power output shaft work is completely independent. The tractor stops when the main clutch pedal is pressed down, while the power output shaft continues to work. If the auxiliary clutch control handle is pulled, the power output shaft stops working and the tractor can continue. When the tractor's supporting farm tools need power output, the following steps should be followed:
(1) Connect the farm tools with the suspension mechanism.
(2) Pull up the auxiliary clutch control handle, and place the power output control handle in the middle neutral position.
(3) First unscrew the bushing of the power output shaft, and then connect the upper universal joint of the farm tools with the power output shaft.
(4) Install the power output protective cover.
(5) Place the hoist handle in the "lift" position to lift the farm tools.
(6) Pull the auxiliary clutch control handle again, and select the power output shaft speed as required. The power output control handle can be pressed down to get 1000 RPM; If you lift, you get a low 760 RPM. When power output is not needed, the power output control handle should be in the middle neutral position, and the power output shaft sleeve should be tightened again.
The use of traction and drag device
1. Swing traction rod
Swing traction rod can only be used for traction type farm tools, the rear end of the traction rod through traction pin connected with the farm tools, the traction rod can swing horizontally, hanging farm tools more convenient. The drawbar can swing from side to side in the work, but when the tractor pulls the farm tools backward, two positioning pins must be inserted into the hole of the drawbar, so that the drawbar cannot swing.
The height of traction point can be changed by turning the traction rod, so that the traction height is suitable for supporting farm tools.
2. Drag the rack
The drag hanger is suitable for all types of trailers and can not be installed at the same time with the swing traction bar.
Control of trailer brake system
The air brake system of the trailer is the "air break" control system, which requires the matching trailer to be equipped with a full set of "air break" control brake devices. For the trailer only equipped with brake chamber and controller "air" control brake device, the "air" control system must be modified into "air" control system can be matched.
(1) When the tractor is transported with a trailer, attention should be paid to the pressure indicator light. The pressure in the air cylinder should not be less than 0.45 mpa. Otherwise, the pressure should be raised to the specified value before starting.
(2) At ordinary times the balance air pressure in the air cylinder should not be less than 0.70 mpa. When the engine stops working, if the air pressure in the cylinder drops rapidly, it indicates that there is a leakage phenomenon, which should be checked and eliminated in time.
(3) The opening pressure of the air storage cylinder safety valve is 0.75mpa to 0.8mpa. If the air pressure alarm alarm is found in use, it should be adjusted in time.
(4) In the process of use, if the tractor's air cylinder pressure is normal, but the trailer's air cylinder pressure is low (showing that the trailer can not ensure effective braking), only the adjustment screw on the left side of the brake valve should be adjusted.
(5) In the process of use, if it is found that the air pressure of the gas cylinder is always in the range of 0.75-0.8 mpa or higher, it indicates that the safety valve can not be unloaded, and should be cleaned or replaced in time.
(6) Before the tractor carries out transportation with the trailer, it is necessary to check the working state of the braking system of the whole unit, and ensure that the braking of the trailer is synchronous with the braking of the tractor or the trailer braking is slightly in advance, and shall not lag behind. If necessary, the adjusting screw of brake valve can be adjusted to meet the above requirements.
Use and adjustment of electrical system
Take raivo TD series as an example, its tractor electrical system uses 12 volt, silicon rectifier generator negative pole double wire system. It is composed of engine starting equipment and lighting signal device. Engine starting equipment includes starting motor, silicon rectifier generator. Lighting and signal devices are composed of front combination lamp, rear light, cab top light, armrest lamp (steering, position), rear taillight (steering, position, brake), combination instrument, horn, central electrical box, etc.
