Three-gear oil pump assembly technical requirements:
1. When assembling, the combination surface and friction surface of the accessories should be coated with oil, and the self-tightening oil seal should be installed in the oil pump cover, which must be pressed to the end, and the sealing table should not be damaged.
2, Clean the whole parts with gasoline or diesel, and carefully check the technical status of each part. When assembling, the width of the driving gear and the driven gear is required to be the same to ensure that the gear end face and the shaft sleeve end face fit tightly in the work of the oil pump; When the sleeve gear is assembled into the housing, the axial clearance of 0.10-0.12mm should be guaranteed; The small sealing ring should be higher than the ring, there should be a 0.40-0.55mm precompression amount, and the pre-compression amount of the large sealing ring is 0.6-0.7mm
3, The axle sleeve pressure relief is beneficial to remove the closed volume generated when the gear mesh, so the assembly, pay attention to the position of pressure relief. The pressure relief sheet and the sealing ring should be on the side of the oil suction cavity, that is, the side of the large hole with the word "entrance" on the oil pump housing.
4, Screw the screw on the pump cover to the housing, which should be divided into several alternate rotations, torque is 49~59N·m.
5, The assembled triple-gear oil pump, when rotating the driving gear by hand, should be smooth without cassette phenomenon, rotation torque can not be greater than 3N·m.
Second, when removing the gear pump, attention should be paid to the following issues:
1, The gear pump is a precision component, failure does occur in the gear pump, and generally does not easily disassemble.
2. After removing the gear pump assembly, the oil and dust outside the oil pump assembly should be cleaned first. Before disassembly, mark the pump cover and pump body with a steel sheet (try to use a marker) for assembly.
3, Wear seriously, can not continue to use the parts, should be replaced by a complete set or pairs of new parts. If the gear should be replaced by a pair, otherwise the poor tooth state of the two gears will affect the pressure of oil transmission.
4. Disassemble and disassemble the triple-gear oil pump in a clean place. After cleaning the removed parts with gasoline or diesel, carefully check the grinding status of each part to confirm whether it can continue to be used, and then carefully put the parts that can continue to be used in order.
