Quantitative plunger pump: commissioning of the plunger pump
Start the plunger pump for 1-2 hours to check whether the temperature, pressure and sound of each part are normal.
Please pay attention to the following items: The plunger pump equipment has finished the test run.
1. View before test machine
The power supply has a good ground.
(1) Confirm that the power supply voltage and wiring of the plunger pump are correct.
(2) Admit that the pipelines, pump parts, pressure gauges, and safety valves are normal (they may be damaged due to factors such as transportation)
2. Oiling
(1) Confirm that the oil pool of the plunger pump base is clean.
The trademark of the oil is filled according to the position indicated by the oil mark
(2) Fill lubricating oil into the oil pool of the machine base. Different models of plunger pumps use lubrication. Keep it between the highest and lowest oil levels.
The flange screws of the liquid end should be moderate (about 530N.M, do not use too much force.
3. Check whether the screws of each part of the plunger pump are loose. In order to prevent the "upper sleeve" from being crushed, check whether the motor coupling, electric contact pressure gauge, and electrical equipment are normal.
4. Check whether the attachment is normal.
5. Is the upper limit of the electric contact pressure gauge adjusted at 1.1 times the rated pressure value?
6. Test machine
The electric contact pressure gauge indicates that under the rated pressure value of 1.1 times, open all the valves on the suction pipe and discharge pipe to the maximum position. Acknowledge that the high pressure pump safety valve is normal. Only then can the host be started.
Open the host.
(1) Prohibited when the inlet valve is closed.
(2) Confirm that the oil level in the oil tank is in a normal position. The motor starts to crank.
(3) Press the start switch.
(4) Check whether the motor steering is correct. Check for unusual noises.
(5) After booting. Whether the machine parts are loose or not, and whether the seals are leaking.
(6) Investigate whether the pressure gauge value is indicated in the extra value.
Matters needing attention in normal work of high-pressure pumps:
①Is the indication value of the inlet pressure gauge normal? It is necessary to detect the signs of accidents as early as possible.
② Pay attention to whether the sound and vibration are abnormal. Lubricating oil and loose screws. 3 Pay attention to whether there is leakage of medium.
7. Stop
Host stalled.
(1) Press the stop button. Close the suction line valve first.
(2) After shutdown. Then close the discharge line valve.
(3) Temporary shutdown (more than three months)
Operations that should be carried out immediately after the temporary shutdown:
① Discharge the lubricating oil cleanly;
② Cut off the power supply; heating leakage will corrode the high-pressure pump parts.
③Turn off the nearby heating and store it temporarily.
④ Dustproof (cover the whole machine with a plastic film)
Matters needing attention when the high-pressure pump is temporarily shut down and then restarted:
If the resistance is lower than 2MΩ
① Measure the insulation function of the motor. Drying treatment should be carried out;
②Clean the base pool with kerosene (discharge the kerosene after cleaning)
③Others are treated as new startup (refer to 4 work);
