The installation specification for hydraulic pipelines is to further standardize the connection and layout of hydraulic pipelines, so as to ensure the assembly quality of water and oil-cooled pipelines of the unit, prolong the service life, and avoid water and oil leakage caused by operation problems.
This code is applicable to the installation of hydraulic pipelines of all series of units (including 1.5MW, 2MW, 3MW, 5MW, 6MW, etc.).
Hydraulic pipeline installation instructions
1. Check whether the whole set of pipes are correct and matched according to related technical documents.
2. Before installation, check whether the appearance of the pipe is knocked against, whether the joint and the screw thread are damaged, whether the sealing ring is damaged and the position is correct, whether there are foreign bodies in the pipe and whether it is clean, etc.
3. Preinstall pipe connectors according to the technical documents. During installation, ensure that the connectors are aligned with the pipes without deflection or bending. Note: If deviation or bending occurs during tightening, stop tightening and reverse spin out immediately to avoid damage to thread and seal.
4. Adjust the pipes to prevent them from twisting or bending.
5. Tighten the pipe connector according to the specified torque value. If no torque is required, sufficient tightening force should be ensured to make the joint surface closely combined. Secure the pipes with pipe clamps.
6. Add the corresponding filling medium and perform pressure test to check whether there is leakage at each joint.
