The hydraulic system of the tractor is mainly composed of a cylinder, pump, and valve. According to the position arrangement and combination of the three components of cylinder, pump, and valve in the hydraulic system, the hydraulic system is often divided into three types: split hydraulic system, semi-split hydraulic system, and integral hydraulic system.
The split hydraulic system is a pressure-type hydraulic system, which uses a pressure-type distributor. Pressure type hydraulic system is the most widely used on the high-horsepower tractor hydraulic system, the cylinder on the tractor is used as double acting cylinder, pressure type distributor or integrated multi-way valve, the cylinder, gear pump, distributor, and the oil tank are installed in different positions, connected with tubing.
The distributor control handle of the high-pressure hydraulic system generally has four positions, which are: Lift, neutral, pressure drop, and floating, the function of the pressure drop position is the so-called pressure function, when the control handle is moved to the pressure drop position, the double action to lift the upper chamber of the oil cylinder, the lower chamber to return the oil, the farm tools fall under the action of the pressure oil, the forced farm tools fall, the plow, rotary tiller and other farm tools are very good in the soil performance.
The forced pressure distributor is not positioned in the pressure drop position, and the tractor fixture drops and cannot be automatically maintained in the pressure drop position. The pressure drop position can not be located is not the fault of the pressure distributor, but the design is so. The remaining three positions of the force distributor control handle: Lifting, neutral, and floating have positioning functions, the control handle can be positioned in the position after the hand is released, which has the function of automatic reset at the end of the lifting position, that is, after the farm tool is lifted to the highest position, the control handle can automatically jump back to the neutral position, and the handle has no automatic jump function when the floating position and neutral position.
Due to the split structure of its components, the high-pressure hydraulic system is easy to arrange, and it can be convenient to use double cylinders to improve the lifting capacity. At the same time, the hydraulic components are more convenient for professional mass production, and the versatility is strong, and the hydraulic components are easy to check and easy to maintain. Large and medium horsepower tractors mostly adopt mechanical pressure-type hydraulic systems. However, the semi-split hydraulic system and the integral hydraulic system of the mechanical non-forced pressure system are relatively less used.
