1. The oil pump and jack should use the specified oil number working oil, generally No. 10 or 20 mechanical oil, and other hydraulic oil with similar properties, such as transformer oil. The oil poured into the tank must be filtered. When frequently used, filter once a month, and the tank should be cleaned regularly. The oil tank should generally maintain about 85% of the oil level, insufficient should be replenished in time, the added oil should be the same as the oil number in the original pump. The oil temperature in the tank should generally be 10 ~ 40℃, and should not be used at negative temperature.
2. Avoid bending of tubing under working pressure. The fuel tank connecting the oil pump and the jack should be kept clean, blocked with screws when not in use to prevent sediment from entering, and the exposed oil nozzle of the oil pump and jack should be sealed with nuts to prevent dust and debris from entering the machine. After use every day, the oil pump should be wiped clean and the oil dirt on the copper wire cloth should be removed.
3. The oil pump should not work under overload, the safety valve should be adjusted according to the rated oil pressure of the equipment, and arbitrary adjustment is strictly prohibited.
4. Grounding power supply, the housing must be grounded wire, check the insulation of the line before trial operation.
5. Before the operation of the high-pressure oil pump, the oil circuit regulating valve should be loosened, and then the oil pump should be started. After the empty load is operated normally, the oil return valve should be closed, and the oil inlet valve stem should be gradually rotated to increase the load, and the pressure gauge pointer should be paid attention to whether it is normal.
6. When the oil pump stops working, the oil return valve should be slowly loosened first, and after the pressure gauge slowly returns to zero, the oil pipe joint nut of the jack can be removed. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble the tubing or pressure gauge during the load.
7. The oil pump with a double acting jack is suitable for using a double type oil pump with two simultaneous oil transfers.
Eight, the oil-resistant rubber pipe must be resistant to high pressure, and the working pressure shall not be higher than the rated oil pressure of the oil pump or the actual maximum oil pressure. Tubing length should not be less than 2.5m. When one oil pump drives two jacks, the tubing specifications should be consistent.
