Hydraulic cylinder differential connection for rapid development of motion control circuits.

Hydraulic press circuit is the use of two three-way electromagnetic reversing valve 3 to realize the differential connection of hydraulic cylinder fast moving circuit.

In this circuit, when the electromagnet 2ya is energized and 3ya is closed, valve 3 connects the left and right cavities of the hydraulic cylinder and is connected at the same time.

Through the pressure oil, the tension hydraulic press makes the hydraulic cylinder form a differential connection for rapid movement. When 3YA is energized (2YA is still energized), the differential is connected.

The connection is cut off, and the oil return of the hydraulic cylinder flows back to the tank through the speed control valve 2, so that social work and feed can be realized. When 2YA loses power,when iya and 3ya are energized, the pressure oil enters the right chamber of the hydraulic cylinder through valve No. 1, valve No. 2 (check valve) and valve No. 3, and the oil in the left chamber flows back to the tank through the valve, thus achieving a rapid withdrawal. This connection can improve the movement of the hydraulic cylinder without increasing the flow rate of the hydraulic pump.

But note that the flow of the pump, along with the flow of the rod chamber, passes through the pipe into the rod-free chamber. As a result,the valve and pipeline should be selected according to the flow rate of the difference, otherwise it may make the resistance of the patient's liquid as the flow is too large, and the pressure of the oil supply system of the pump is too large.

So that part of the working pressure oil of the pump can overflow from the relief valve back to the tank, the speed can be slowed down and can not achieve the purpose of complete differential maximum fast forward.
