When the high pressure oil chamber and the low pressure oil chamber lose their sealing and isolation function, the oil pressure of the high pressure oil chamber will flow into the low pressure oil chamber, which is called "internal leakage". Reduce the working pressure and flow of the oil pump.
Air is drawn into the oil pump from the gap between the oil seal and the spindle neck or from the joint between the oil intake transfer plate and the oil pump housing. It enters the tank through the return pipe, which will cause the amount of oil in the tank to decrease. The oil seal must be replaced to remove this problem. Fault. Insufficient oil supply or oil pump without oil pressure: the working device lifts slowly, wobbles or cannot lift when lifting; There are bubbles in the fuel tank or oil pipe; When the tractor is just started, the working device can be lifted, but after working for a period of time, the oil temperature rises, and the oil temperature rises slightly.
