Cycloidal hydraulic motor is a kind of low speed and high torque hydraulic motor.
Cycloidal motor is not included in the teaching scope of traditional hydraulic teaching materials, so that people are not as familiar with cycloidal motor as gear motor or plunger motor. In fact, cycloidal motor is a kind of hydraulic motor with a particularly wide range of applications.
Cycloid hydraulic motor is a kind of low speed motor, often used in the condition of hundreds of revolutions, in the lower 30 revolutions when its low speed stability will be affected, the requirements of the working conditions are more demanding.
The large torque characteristics of cycloidal motor are not discussed in terms of structure. In terms of application, the torque range is usually within 80-1500nm, and some models will be applied beyond this range. Relative to the plunger motor, cycloidal motor belongs to the middle and low pressure motor, the common use of pressure in 7-22mpa. Some models will also be used beyond this range.
It is worth mentioning that the cycloidal motor has a relatively small volume, and its volume is smaller than that of the same power motor. It can maintain a low speed and output a large torque, without acceleration and deceleration mechanism, and can effectively replace the motor in the case of a unified oil source.
