Both open and closed systems have advantages and disadvantages. The hydraulic oil in the open system eventually flows into the tank, mixes with the hydraulic oil in the tank and then enters the pumping system again. In this process, the heat dissipation effect of the hydraulic oil will be better.
The pressure oil in the closed system is always in the working state, which leads to the poor heat dissipation capacity of the hydraulic oil, and the temperature of the hydraulic oil will rise faster. The higher the temperature of the hydraulic oil, the pump system components, as well as the life of the seals will have a great impact. Moreover, the hydraulic oil is always in the working state, and the use strength of the hydraulic oil will also increase, resulting in the service life of the hydraulic oil.
Although the structure of the open system is simpler, the heat dissipation effect is better. However, the use of hydraulic oil in open systems is larger, which also increases maintenance costs.
The type system and the closed system each have advantages and disadvantages, and their advantages and disadvantages are complementary. Therefore, when choosing to use an open system or a closed system, the actual application scenario must be taken into account.
